Who is Danco Consulting?
Danco Consulting Inc. is owned and operated by Daniel Denis, a Senior Electrical Project Manager with decades of experience.
Daniel Denis started his electrical career in northern Ontario where he was able to gain valuable experience in heavy industrial industries like mining and power generation. This fueled his desire to grow and excel in this complex and exciting trade. He later came to Ottawa and gained more experience in the rich, high-tech sector and worked briefly for Hydro One as a station electrician for the North-eastern region. Electrical project management, estimating, contract negotiations, and special project inspection are now his main points of interests and focus, with a large focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Our Values
Honesty and having an open book attitude is of the upmost concern for Danco Consulting. Whether it is to announce bad news to the client or identify work completed incorrectly, you can count on receiving our honest opinion on any mater. This is always done with a path forward and a solution in mind. Hiring a 3rd party consultant that has no gain in increasing a project scope or cost is also of great value to the client to get an unbiased and honest opinion.
In aligning with the importance of honesty towards the client and contractors, Danco Consulting always works towards a high level of Integrity, reliability and ethics. This applies even behind closed doors with new and existing clients.
All projects require multiple groups of people working together to reach the end result successfully. It is one of the best attributes of Danco Consulting to put together a great team to accomplish the required tasks, or work with an existing team to get that same result. We contribute to a team very well by taking the position that electrical ties all other facets of a project together, and in order to provide service, we need to understand and help with all the other aspects of the project. We have been part of projects with new scheduling methods, using a pull plan approach that involves all trades and team members to build a schedule that takes into account the impact of any one section of a project and reflect that impact on the end result.
